Casa Monteverdi is always rented exclusively to one party – whether you are travelling as a family, with friends, or simply looking for a special place to experience the beauty of Piedmont together. The house is available for rental for approximately 14 weeks each year.

We live on the first floor and are always nearby should you need advice, recommendations or a personal introduction to one of our favourite local winemakers. As the swimming pool is unfenced, Casa Monteverdi is less suitable for families with very young children.

Rates 2027

Fixed rental rate: €3,150 per week

Casa Monteverdi is rented exclusively to one party at a time.

The rental rate is based on a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. For a 7th and 8th guest, a supplement of €75 per person per week applies.
